How to Reach

Thoubal District lies between 23° 45′ N and 24°45′ N latitude and 93°45′ E and 94°15′ E longitude.Its average elevation is about 790 m above the sea level.

By Road:-

National Highway 102 passes through Thoubal connecting it to all the important centres of Manipur and India. Additionally the Imphal-Moreh Road also connects Thoubal to other parts via NH 39 and NH 53. Apart from state transport buses, private taxis also ply on this route and can easily be availed by tourists.

By Rail:-

Manipur doesnot have a railhead. Thus, the nearest railway station to Thoubal is in Dimapur located 230 kilometres away.

By Air:-

The nearest Airport is The Tulihal Airport or the Imphal Airport is also called Bir Tikendrajit International. Tourists will have to board a stop over flight to Guwahati from Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore to reach Imphal. The Imphal Airport is 30 kilometres away from Thoubal.
